London / Detroit — December 2025 — Auria Solutions is pleased to announce the successful completion of an independent limited assurance verification of its 2024 global Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, performed by Intertek Deutschland GmbH, a global leader in assurance and sustainability verification services.

The verification, conducted in accordance with ISO 14064-3:2019, and based on criteria and definitions as per the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard, and the GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard, covered 19 Auria manufacturing and operational sites across North America, Europe, and South Africa.

Following detailed evaluation of data accuracy, system controls, emission factors, calculation methodologies, boundaries, and sampling across the top 94% of emissions sources, Intertek concluded that nothing has come to their attention indicating that Auria’s 2024 GHG Statement was not prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with the stated criteria.

The assured figures confirm Auria’s total 2024 GHG emissions at 827,221.67 tCO₂e, comprising 18,329.88 tCO₂e from Scope 1, 60,577.23 tCO₂e from Scope 2 (location-based), and **748,314.56 tCO₂e across relevant Scope 3 categories including purchased goods and services, fuel- and energy-related activities, transportation, waste, commuting, and end-of-life treatment of products.

Intertek confirmed that all initial findings were addressed prior to the final conclusion and that the results are free from material discrepancies. The verification was completed in November 2025 after a multi-month audit and sampling process.
