Long-term incentive plan to include greenhouse gas reduction and EcoVadis performance starting in 2028

SOUTHFIELD, MI – Auria is taking steps to introduce climate and sustainability performance as a distinct component of its executive and senior leadership compensation. The update to its compensation plan was endorsed by the company’s executive leadership in August 2026 and will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval, with a planned go-live in 2028.

Under the approved design, sustainability performance will be included across key compensation metrics for Auria’s executive and senior leadership. The sustainability metrics will include two independent indicators: absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas reduction, reported through Auria’s annual Corporate Sustainability Report (CSR) and EcoVadis rating. Both will be assessed at the close of the performance period, with the emissions indicator measured against a fixed 2025 baseline.

Target performance for the emissions reduction indicator will be the reduction targets recommended by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Auria has committed to SBTi and is currently in the target validation stage.

Executive incentives linked to climate performance are named by CDP among the criteria required for its highest performance band. Auria currently holds a CDP score of B and an EcoVadis score of 70 points.

The update will be disclosed in Auria’s annual CSR and CDP response following board approval.
