London / Detroit – December 2025 — Auria has launched the Auria Sustainability Academy, a new climate-literacy learning program developed in collaboration with AXA Climate School. The Academy is designed to build sustainability capability across the organization, equipping employees with the knowledge and skills to integrate environmental considerations into everyday business decisions.

“This marks a key milestone in Auria’s sustainability journey,” said Marc Flegler, Chief Sustainability Officer at Auria. “By enhancing climate literacy across our workforce, we are turning sustainability into a core business competency and empowering our teams to drive meaningful progress.”

Strong participation in Phase 1

The rollout began in the company’s U.K. and U.S. locations, and early engagement has been highly positive:
>22 % of employees in the initial rollout have completed the program and over 50% are underway with their training.
