Auria and STAYHOLD® to Develop Unique and Innovative Vehicle Cargo Management Solutions for OEM and Aftermarket

SOUTHFIELD, MI (October 16, 2018) – Auria and Stayhold® today announced the signing of a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to design, manufacture, commercialize and sell cargo management products and solutions for consumer, automotive and other transportation OEMs and non-OEMS.

The collaboration combines Auria’s expertise in fiber-based materials and interior components with Stayhold’s unique and innovative portfolio of cargo management systems, which are sold through retail outlets in more than 20 countries including North America and Europe.

“This partnership perfectly aligns our two companies whose core capabilities bring new and better solutions to vehicles and the people who drive them,” said Brian Pour, president and CEO of Auria. “Stayhold has unique design and product development capabilities that have proven to be tremendously successful among consumers, while Auria brings systems and materials expertise to be able to integrate those products seamlessly into the trunk and cargo area of any vehicle for OEM applications.”

“With Auria’s vast experience and manufacturing capabilities we at Stayhold are extremely excited about the partnership that will allow us to bring our technology directly to the OEM customers and achieve the vision we set forth for Stayhold five years ago,” said Michael Culleton, CEO of Stayhold.

“We have been developing even more exciting products for improved cargo management,” said Culleton. “Utilizing Auria’s nonwoven, 100 percent recycled materials, seamless integration and manufacturing knowhow, provides confidence that our new products will be even more appealing to both consumers and OEM customers.”
